| Resumen:Este trabajo tiene como propósito describir cómo, en la crisis vital y evolutiva del desarrollo
-comprendida como maternidad-, surgen cambios psicoafectivos, relacionados directamente con
la díada madre-hijo. Para ello, se discutirá si en este proceso se reactivan conflictos infantiles,
entendidos como life events, en este caso, el abuso sexual infantil como suceso significativo que
generará una nueva crisis que, directamente, desarrollará conflictos en el vínculo y, posteriormente,
psicopatologías en el bebé. Para esto, el estudio estará dividido: una primera parte, para
describir la maternidad y el maternaje; como segunda, se describirá el maternaje como crisis vital
y el embarazo como reactivación de conflictos; como tercera parte la relación entre life events
y desarrollo de psicopatologías del bebé. Finalmente, se aclarará la relevancia de la Entrevista
Perinatal, como medida preventiva y auxiliadora en el desarrollo de la maternidad, en mujeres
abusadas sexualmente en su infancia. // This work has as intention describe, how in the vital and evolutionary crisis of the development understood as maternity - there arise psychological changes which have a direct relation between the díada mother - son, for which will discuss that in this process infantile conflicts are reactivated understood like life events, being in this case the sexual infantile abuse the significant event that will generate a new crisis that of direct form will develop conflicts in the bonding and later psychopathologies in the baby. For this the study will be divided in the first part in describing the maternity and maternaje, since second will describe the maternaje as vital crisis and the pregnancy and reactivation of conflicts, to continue with the relation between life events and the development. Finely the Peri-natal Interview as an important and preventing main to assist pregnancy women victims of sexual abuse in their infancy. |
