| Resumen:Este artículo aborda con una mirada crítica algunas de las creencias que con la categoría de mitos han obstaculizado hasta ahora el avance necesario y posible en la detección, diagnóstico y tratamiento del autismo en el primer año de vida del niño. Creencias míticas, -en el sentido de atribuir a personas o cosas una realidad de la que carecen- que impiden que puedan efectuarse una labor preventiva primaria y sobre todo secundaria, que evitaría el desarrollo e instalación del funcionamiento autista en el psiquismo temprano del bebé. This article deals with a critical eye some of the beliefs that the category of myths have hitherto hampered necessary and possible advancement in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of autism in the first year of child's life. Mythical beliefs, in the sense of attributing to people or a fact of lacking-that can prevent a primary preventive work done and especially secondary, which would prevent the development and installation functioning autism early in the psyche of the baby. | |
